2008 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week

Jacksonville, Fla., April 15, 2008 – Angela Corey, Candidate for State Attorney, Fourth Judicial Circuit, issued the following statement today on the 2008 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week:

"As a prosecutor for over 26 years, I have seen and embraced many victims of crime. We are appreciative of the numerous organizations in our community for highlighting the needs and supporting those who are often forgotten. I applaud Clay, Duval, and Nassau counties for observing the 2008 National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. As State Attorney, I plan to continue actively working with Victims Advocacy groups and supporting the victims of crime in the 4th Judicial Circuit.”
