State Attorney candidate continues to fortify endorsement list

Jacksonville, Fla., May 5, 2008 – Today Angela Corey, candidate for State Attorney, 4th Judicial Circuit, announced that she received the endorsement of The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA). NEFBA boasts more than 2,000 members and has been in existence for the past 64 years, making it one of the oldest and most esteemed business organizations on the First Coast.

“I am thrilled with this vote of confidence from NEFBA. This endorsement further strengthens our diverse support among individuals and groups,” said Corey after learning of the endorsement. “They all agree that I am the right person to lead the State Attorney’s office and share my commitment to make all of our communities in Duval, Clay and Nassau Counties safer”

Since beginning her campaign, Corey has secured many coveted endorsements including all three Sheriffs in the 4th Judicial Circuit. She has also been endorsed by local police and firefighters unions, the Northeast Florida Public Employees union, the International Longshoreman’s Association, the Clerks and Checkers union, and the Duval Republican Party.
